Federation of Kutch Industries Association (FOKIA) has launched FOKIA Kutch Business Excellence Awards 2023 to recognize organizations that have contributed to the growth of the Kutch region in Gujarat by means of their innovative solutions/ services/ products.

Entries must be submitted in English Language only

Organizations must be registered as a Public company, Private company, NGOs, partnership firm, MSME etc. in India with more than 2 years of operations in India as on March 31, 2022 and have an operational office/Branch/Manufacturing unit in Kutch district at the time of participation can apply for the awards MSME is defined as any entity where turnover does not exceed two hundred and fifty crore rupees as on March 31, 2022 Large corporations is defined as any entity where turnover exceeds two hundred and fifty crore rupees as on March 31, 2022 For Kutch change makers category, the participants must have completed more than 5 years of operations in India as on March 31, 2022 and have an operational office/branch/unit in Kutch district at the time of participation The initiative/project must have been implemented within the period April 01, 2020 to March 31, 2022 and must show measurable results within the defined period The participant must submit a progress report of the initiative from April 01, 2022 to June 30, 2023 The initiative must contribute towards the economic, social and environmental growth of the Kutch district The initiative cannot be work in process, it needs to be a implemented and participants should be able to demonstrate Impact of the same in the application form

Participant can apply for the Awards by completing the application form online Link to fill the application form will be available on the website xxx To apply for the Awards participant should first go through the terms and conditions then click on the category you want to apply for and submit the application pertaining to the same

The OTP verification will take place during the registration process when the participant is creating a new login, when a new form is filled for a category and when the form is submitted.

Yes, multiple people within the same team can use the same login, however an OTP will be required to enter when a new form is created or submitted to track the user/s who will be accessing the form at multiple levels

The participant can submit multiple applications if they are applying with different initiative in the eligible year. Duplicate application form will be disqualified

Please keep incorporation certificate, GST certificate handy during registration

Up to three supporting documents can be attached to support the application form. Please refer to the formats and size supported by the website in the application form

Your application Form will first be reviewed for completeness, eligibility and adherence to the application guidelines, including character limit. Incomplete and ineligible applications will be declined without further review. Applications that meet eligibility criteria will be further considered for the jury rounds

There is no application fee associated with the Awards

Firstly, you need to sign up and register, and select category you want to apply for. Secondly, go through the eligibility criteria and instructions for filling up the application. Thirdly, you must save your application at regular intervals while filling the application since the website may get timed out after certain intervals and you will lose your data. After submitting you can check the status of the application form by logging into your account

Post filling all the mandatory fields in the application form, you will click on “Submit”. Once submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming your submission

Once the application form is submitted you will not be allowed to make changes

Last date for receiving completed application forms is 31^st October, 2023.

The winners will be announced on the day of the award ceremony.

There will be one winner in each category. However, the Grand jury can select more winners basis their assessment and quality of entries received
